Marlo Gaddis, CEO and founder of GEC, brings 30 years of experience as a teacher, curriculum leader, technology director, and chief technology officer. She's navigated the complex realities of leading technology and culture change in K–12 schools—and now helps others lead with clarity, confidence, and measurable impact.
